When talking about food, I’m sure everyone will be interested because we need to eat everyday. However, proper diet is important to ensure that you have a healthy body. We always hear and see this phrase “you are what you eat“, it’s indeed true.
Usually we will judge a person diet based on his or her physical. If you like to eat a lot of meat and fatty food, you will definitely have a bigger body which in other word, you are fat.
