In conjunction with the coming holy fasting month, Ramadhan, Merdeka Palace Hotel & Suites is hosting the annual Ramadhan Buffet Dinner at Balai Merdeka starting from 18th June to 16th July from 6.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

The buffet offers a vast array of gastronomic delights. Everyday, the Hotel’s expert culinary team lead by Executive Chef – Melvin Michael Ben, presents more than 100 varieties from local favourites to International specialties aside from our signature Spit-Roasted Whole Lamb.

Our 5-Star’s buffet spread starts with sweet Tunisian dates and appetizer counters filled with various types of fresh ulam-ulaman, jeruk (pickles), acar, umai, and assortment of kerabu, and lots more. Among the must-tries hot dishes are Bubur Pedas, Nasi Bukhari dengan Kambing, Umbat Kelapa Masak Lemak, Ayam Masak Merah Madu, Kuzi Kambing, and Deep Fried Telapia with Sweet Chili Sauce.

There will also be live-cooking stations and live-kitchen stalls where food will be freshly prepared right in front of all guests for instance Sarawak Laksa, Lok Lok, and Roti Jala & Mini Roti ‘John’. Italian and western fares are also made available especially our well-known wood-oven pizzas, and pastas with sauces such as Carbonara, Bolognese and Napolitana being cook to perfection by our chefs.
