From 23rd March 2012 onwards, Puzzle presents to you “Weekend Theme Buffet Dinner” on every Fridays and Saturdays. The glorious buffet theme for Friday is MARKETPLACE whilst on Saturday it is JAPANESE NIGHT.
For diners who yearn for marketplace food, you can have it here in a cosy hotel environment. Pamper yourself to a sumptuous spread of fresh seafood grilled a la minute and fresh vegetables stir fried with your favourite sauces and condiments.
The carving station will feature a wide selection of roasts and grills and not forgetting the Shawarma of the Day, prepared fresh to your liking. A marketplace without the over popular Satay won’t be complete as well. So, enjoy only the freshest catch and harvest prepared to perfection to tantalise your taste buds every Friday.
Good news for those craving for an irresistible appetizing Japanese cuisine. Japanese chef Mr. Rehang Giak, and his team serve you with an endless spreads of delicious Japanese delicacies. With 15 years experience under his belt, the chef is going to present to you exquisite and authentic Japanese gourmet featuring a wide variety of dishes available on tempting buffet spreads.
Kick-start your delightful Japanese dinner buffet with tempting cold appetizer such as Tempura Akami Tuna on Cucumber Wasabi Mayo, Cold Served grilled Eel Lasagna and Toriniku Maki with Shoyu Ponzu Sauce.
Some of the not-to-be-missed dishes to savor in the buffet include “Tongarashi” Soft Shell Crabs in Tempura, Stew Mackerel Fish with Ginger & Miso, Chicken Teriyaki and Deep Fried Prawn Coated with Panko Flour.
