This month, Club Lobby Lounge celebrates Oktoberfest with offerings of Tiger Draught in gigantic one liter mug and Spicy Beef Sausage Tapas. Guests will get to enjoy the refreshing Tiger Draught and take home the mug or opt for the drink & dine option for RM60++. If you are up for something more, challenge yourself to their Oktoberfest Beer Tower for RM100++. While you are at it, make sure to visit Club Lobby Lounge on Wednesday as it is their ladies night. Whether it is to beat the Monday Blues or to let your hair down after a long week, Ladies Night at Club Lobby Lounge lets you enjoy the refreshing Blue Lagoon Cocktail while nibbling on snacks as you sway to the music of their live band, D’Flava.

For Oktober Food Fest specials, there are the selection of Beef Rib Eye Steak, Boneless Chicken Leg, Beef Garlic Hot Dog, Chicken Toast, Jumbo Chicken Frankfurter, Mushroom & Chicken Hot Dog, Chili Beef Chorizo, and also Bratwurst. Diners then decide on whether they would want to have their steak with the recommended Black Pepper Sauce, Mint Sauce, Sliced Gherkin or English Mustard.

Your order is then directly handed to one of the chefs at the Show Kitchen and within minutes, your specially chosen items would be sizzling on the grill. Each food item is a culinary performance and every sizzle draws you even closer to a gastronomic feast that is nothing less of pure satisfaction.

If you are not into grilled and sizzling food, then there will be plenty of other hot dishes selection to satisfy your craving. With mouth watering choices such as Kartoffelauflauf Mit Spargel otato & Asparagus Casserole), Kohlrouladen (Stuffed Cabbage Rolls), Kase Schnitzel (Chicken schnitzel with melted cheese), Rinderrouladen (Beef Rouladen in brown sauce), and Braised Lamb Leg with Sour Cabbage, it is impossible to be out of option. The menu mentioned are just to name a few from the list of wide array selections of hot dishes, which is on rotation every day.

Caviar (鱼子酱), sometimes called black caviar, is a luxury delicacy, consisting of processed, salted, non-fertilized sturgeon roe. The roe can be fresh or pasteurized, the latter having much less culinary and economic value.

The four main types of caviar are Black Caviar, American Caviar, Paddlefish Caviar and Beluga Caviar.

Black Caviar comes from the Sturgeon Fish, which is the largest freshwater fish. Obtaining this rare form of Black Caviar has interesting stories surrounding it. Eating, buying or even being around Black caviar is almost synomous with luxury and wealth.

Caviar is a rich source of vitamins A and D, magnesium and selenium as well as omega-3 fatty acids and these nutrients are proven to benefit the circulatory, nervous system and immune systems, heart disease and combat cancer. Don’t forget caviar is high on sodium, people on low sodium diet should stay away from caviar.

Caviar is healthy for you but it depends on what it is served with and how the caviar is prepared. Caviar still high in vitamins and minerals and is low in calories even though caviar is served with little preparation and processing.

Please informed that not all Caviar is the same and all caviar is merely fish eggs. However, depending on the fish  it originated from, each will have its own distinct flavor and taste.
