I’m sure Planet Sambal is no stranger to most people. It’s located at Padungan. Not far from SOHO and Everrise. You can easily spot it from the roadside.
Planet Sambal opens 24 hours.

Just went there with my frens on Sat. The foods not bad,esp.SAMBAL. My frens order Sarawak Laksa. She said very nice.

Tried out Planet Sambal when I was in Kuching last weekend. Cannot really comment on the food as I only had the Yam Samosa (which was nice), but the service was excruciatingly slow. When we arrived, an hour & half long Chinese cultural procession was just beginning to take shape, and when the final member of our party received his order, the procession just ended. There were 10 of us in the group. Orders were taken quickly enough but it took too long to get our food.

i agree with the services provided by the employees..it is REALLY slow by the way…however, if you ask me about the food, i give you thumbs up for planet sambal delicious meal especially the nasi ayam penyet.the sambal make me want to pack the food and enjoy it at home.. :)..so, i hope that planet sambal will improve the lack to make sure that customer will come back to the restaurant again and again..

Goodness! I was there two years ago. The service was super slow then and they’re still slow now? Have they not improved? Horrible! No matter how good the food is, I will not go back unless they improve on the service!

Arrived araound 18.30 through the back door no greeting or welcome smile
Order taken @18:37 meal arrived about 5 mins later maybe coz im the only customer.ayam penyek was nice.mee kolok was like the one i had in satok
Overall food was ok .Nice ambience deco also was nice.
