Do you know that Singapore Chicken Rice is known as SCR Express now? They will also be opening a branch in tHe Spring soon.

i’m very dissapointed with the service at the SCR xpress(Satok)..Y?
because the order that i request did not come. my friennz and i waiting for the order almost haf an hour. then, when i ask, where is my order just now? they did not take it seriously..even the supervisor didn’t taking care..
ghost!!! they are so make me mad..besides, none of them say sorry and admit their mistake..grrr…

me too, wan to complain.d SCR at Miri which js open at Boulevard shopping complex there, staff there all show customer unfriendly face,i saw some of d staff there reply defiantly when other customer ask bout their food which havent come when they wait long time.
i go there n wait bout 10 mins even not much customer having food there.nobody serve n i try call few staff but they js ignore it,pretend didnt c us,even they r not bz wit other customer.
d plate we use to eat also not clean, very oily n when i complain t 1 of d staff there they didnt take it seriously, only show d mad face.
i think this is d 1st time i go n also d last time i go, i don think wan to having food there again if they didnt improve their staff service, especially SERVE WITH SMILE.
