Blue Splendour Restaurant is located at Wisma Sanyan, Sibu. That’s all of the details I can provide, went there to attend a function so don’t have much details. I’m sure those in Sibu will know this place well. Do share if you have more details.
Not sure the actual name of the dishes so I’ll just give any name that seemed appropriate. Let’s see what they have to offer:
Chicken Mee Sua.
Combination dish.
Crispy skinned chicken.
Fish, not sure what kind of fish, it’s best eaten with the sauce.
Braised abalone and mushrooms.
Nestum prawn.

Blue Splendour has closed its shop in Wisma Sanyan, the floor is taken over by Parkson. If you are looking for Halal food, you are welcome to try the New “Matahari Avenue” the foods are cooked, prepared & served by Muslims. Their specialities are Nasi Lemak Matahari & Mee Jawa Matahari.
The best is, all the prices are below RM3/= & tasty.
