It looks like there isn’t any update for quite a while already in sarawakian.net. Everyone is so busy with welcoming the Ox and there is no time to explore much for the time being. However, there should be some updates coming your way soon *cross fingers*

Wish you have a BULLISH year ahead!

It seems like the mini orange this year is a hit. You can see it in almost every house and the big one is too common already. Personally, we only stocked up the small one instead of the big one. Here’s one for you:

As you all know, Sarawak Club is an exclusive club. You cannot simply go in unless the member brings you in. We were lucky to be invited to have a dinner there by a friend. Here are some of the food we had when we were there. We had our dinner at Hornbill Restaurant.

Special Hot and Cold Combination. There were sushi, boxing chicken, and not sure sure what the other two called, I think is fish cakes and kerabu(a type of sweet, sour, spicy dish).

This is the infamous buttered prawn of Sarawak Club. We were expecting it to come with shells but it’s not.

Not quite sure what kind of beancurd dish is this.

Lamb Chop Szechuan Style.

Roasted Chicken Thai Style(if not mistaken).

Baby Kailan with Garlic.

There were other dishes too but only managed to take photos of these. The prices of the food are very reasonable and the quality is good but too bad it’s not open for public. You can definitely afford to dine there but you can’t afford to pay the membership fee here.

Mitsu Tea House is located at RH Plaza. Didn’t notice this place until recently. It’s located next to Siang Siang.

They specialised in Hong Kong/Macau cuisines. Their speciality is char siew.

Since char siew aka BBQ pork is their speciality, here’s their BBQ Pork With Rice (RM6).

Only managed to try this out due to time constraint. Maybe will go again some other time to try out other food.
