Pending Seafood Centre is not a stranger to people in Kuching. It’s a place to have seafood for more than two decades(if my memory serves me right). It was very popular and I’m sure it’s still very popular nowadays.

There are many seafood selling shops there and L & L Seafood is one of the popular ones. Hopefully next time we have chance to try out other shops as well.

The standard ingrdients for dipping sauce. You will need to pour some soy sauce to the chili or the garlic dish. Another way is to mix both chili and garlic and pour in soy sauce. It’s up to individual liking.

Midin with belacan. Midin is a type of vegetable that is popular among Sarawakians. If you come to Sarawak, this is a must-try.

Sea cucumber soup.

Bamboo clams or locally we called it “tek ham”. This is cooked with curry. You can opt to have the shells removed or otherwise.

Butter prawn is very popular seafood dish in Kuching. There are two types, the one you see here is dry type. Another type is wet type.

“O jien” or oyster omelette.
How to go there? The local should know it. For the non-locals, you can only get there with taxi unless you know how to take a bus but taxi would be recommended. They are open during day time and night time but night time got more shops open.

DD, hehehe… You don’t know how to there. Hmm… How to get there? Hmm… Near CMS, near Rajah Court, near the port. You might want to ask those people like your mom and dad or uncle and aunt, they should know how to go.
