This should be a franchise. You can find them in KL, Johor and Ipoh. They served Hong Kong style food.
In Cantonese, it’s called “Foon Hey Dei Cha Chan Teng”. In Mandarin it’s called “Huan Le Di Cha Chan Ting”. The English name is derived from the Cantonese pronounciation, just my guess but don’t you think it sounds similar?

Nissin Noodle with Sliced Beef(RM6.80), just for a mention, this is really instant noodle. Nissin is the brand of the instand noodle.
Claypot Seafood Porridge(RM6+, don’t quite remember the exact price)

Longan With Sea Coconut(RM3.20), it’s chef recommended and Hot Chinese Tea(RM0.80).
