We were lucky to be invited to attend the opening ceremony of Sushi King in Sarawak yesterday(30th January 2008). It was held at Boulevard Shopping Mall, Kuching.

It was a private event and was it’s great to be invited! Thanks!

Went there before 10.30am. We were required to register ourselves as the press and was given with a goodie bag.

We got goodie bag that consists of the Sushi King card, calender, two tea cups, RM10 voucher, red packets(empty ones for CNY used) and a pen.

Went to Hou Mei after seeing that they served such big portion of food. You can have the option of take away the food instead of dining there. Do you think you need diet pills after indulging in these big portion food?

Curry Noodle(RM11.20++), it’s not spicy for those that like spicy food but you can’t tolerate spiciness then it’s not for you to order.

Assam Laksa(RM11.20++), a bit spicy but not as spicy as the curry noodle.

When talking about food, I’m sure everyone will be interested because we need to eat everyday. However, proper diet is important to ensure that you have a healthy body. We always hear and see this phrase “you are what you eat“, it’s indeed true.

Usually we will judge a person diet based on his or her physical. If you like to eat a lot of meat and fatty food, you will definitely have a bigger body which in other word, you are fat. Of course some people have really high metabolism that no matter how much they eat, they won’t put on much weight. How about you? However, this kind of diet is bad.
