Two specially invited Vietnamese guest chefs from Hanoi are serving authentic Vietnamese dishes at Puzzle and Nu Er Hong restaurants in Pullman Kuching. Chef Viet Anh Nguyen worked in Four Seasons George V Paris hotel, at the 3 star Michelin restaurant prior to returning home to Hanoi where he worked for the Sofitel Legend Metropole.
